Most of my engagement sessions take place in the Twin Cities & surrounding suburbs, but I love to travel and photograph destination weddings when the opportunity arises.

I hope you can expect to have fun! After all, fun moments make for the best memories. I try to keep things casual because, in my opinion, the best pictures are usually the ones you look natural in. Of course I'll guide you through the session to help you feel relaxed and find the best poses if need be. I like to get to know the folks I photograph, so we'll chat along the way too. The most important thing to remember is to just be you.

It's important that you be yourself and feel comfortable. Try to avoid large or super busy patterns. You can spice up an outfit with accessories like jewelry, scarves and other fun things. Coordinate with your partner so that your styles and colors complement each other without being too uniform. And if you plan to hang your photos on a wall in your home, consider choosing colors that work well in that particular space. All clients receive my "Outfit Style Guide" upon booking their session to help coordinate outfits.

It honestly depends on my work load and how busy I am at the given moment, but it typically takes 2 weeks for engagement sessions and 6 weeks for Weddings.

I am quality over quantity, so you'll know that I'm spending time polishing your photos to make them the best they can be.

I send your images through a private online gallery which is available for one calendar year from your date of your session day. You may download your image files, or even order prints directly from your gallery.

While I make it easy to preserve your memories by offering print ordering directly from your gallery, you are by no means required to order through me. Each gallery allows access to download high-resolution files and a print release so that you can print photos through the lab of your choice.
